Steps to Delete Your Personal Data


1. Ensure Loan Repayment

Before initiating a request to delete your personal data, ensure that all your loans have been paid in full. Only users who have completed their loan payments are eligible to request data deletion.

Submit a Ticket via Customer Support

Navigate to the customer support section of our PACT Microcredit app. This can usually be found at the top right corner.

Create a Support Ticket

Click on the option to create a new support ticket. Fill in the required fields with your information. This helps us verify your identity and ensure the security of your data.

Specify Your Request

In the subject line of the ticket, write: “I want to delete my personal data.

In the description or message body please include your wallet address. The email and phone number must be the same on the last application.


5.
Submit the Ticket

After filling in the necessary details, submit the ticket. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.


What Happens Next?


1. Verification

Our support team will verify your identity and confirm that all your loans have been paid in full to ensure that the request is legitimate and that we are protecting your data privacy.

2. Processing the Request

Once your identity and loan repayment status are verified, our team will process your request. This may take a few business days. During this time, you may receive updates on the status of your request.

3. Confirmation of Deletion

After your data has been deleted the ticket will be closed. This means your personal information has been removed from our systems.
